NIGERIA :secret arrest of judges

   The group social-economic rights and accountability project SERAP, have sent a letter to president Muhammadu Buhari demanding the immediate release of Nigerian court judges he ordered their arrest in the midnight of Saturday by the Department of state services DSS.
  The group have also threatened to sue the president to both local and international court and that they the group have also written to the United nations on this case.

Dr ifeanyi ubah to be released within 48 hours as ordered by lagos high Court

   The federal high Court in lagos Nigeria has ordered the department of state service DSS to release the CEO and chairman of capital oil and gas limited Dr ifeanyi ubah within 48 hours since they have failed to file a charge against him in court and for lying to the court that Dr ifeanyi was arrested at Abuja. But all inquiries show that Dr ifeanyi ubah was actually arrested in lagos and flown to Abuja.
