Mary Moore goes home at 80

   Mary Tyler Moore a us actress has died at the age of 80 years. She died as a result of complications in her diabetic conditions, born in Brooklyn new York United States on December 29th 1936, Flowers has been laid at her star on the Hollywood hall of fame. Until her death she was not only an actress but also a well known entertainment personal in the US especially on television shows.

   The United States president Donald trump has been planning of series of meetings in order to set a legal binding and to roll back his predecessor's agenda. The meetings will hold today being Monday at the white house.

School bus catches fire in Italy

   A school bus carrying students collided with a pylon and caught fire in Italy. Sixteen are said to have lost their lives while the remaining has been rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.

China pledges to always stand by her African brothers

   The Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi has concluded a new year visit to some African countries. Nigeria, Madagascar, Tanzania, Zambia and Republic of Congo were the tour countries by Chinese foreign minister. Wang said in Beijing that they will continue to support, strengthen and cooperate with its African brothers. Issues discussed at Yi's visit were majorly strengthening of  bilateral ties which has existed for over 25 years.

   The deadly terrorist group called boko haram has been gradually losing their ground as the Nigerian army have given them no chance despite their persistence to reck havoc in Northern Nigeria. The military on Friday killed 10 boko haram members and made a progressive and serious advancement into all hideouts of the insurgence group.

Us secretary of state elect raises tension in South China Sea

   Mr Rex tillerson United States secretary of state nominee by the president elect has made a very provocative statement by saying China should be blocked from the south China Sea Islands and all economic and military activities should be stopped. This comment from Mr Rex has caused a devastating confrontations, leading to a Chinese media report saying China has full right and sovereignty over its territorial waters and will protect it at all cost. World Cup expansion to 48 teams has been approved by FIFA

   The council of football governing body FIFA has approved the expansion of world Cup team to 48. This new development by FIFA will commence from 2026 tournament and was decided by the fifa Council in a meeting held at Zurich. The expansion information was made public via Twitter.

Israeli soldiers dies in a truck attack

   A Palestinian truck driver drove into a group of Israeli soldiers getting out of a bus in Jerusalem killing at least four soldiers and wounding fifteen. The driver was shot dead by the police believing it was a terrorist attack.

Car blast in Baghdad kill twelve

   A suicide bomb attack has exploded a car in eastern Baghdad near a worship center which has killed more than eighteen people and wounding over fourth five persons. The wounded victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention and local authorities are at the scene of incidence.

   Thousands of Americans are gathering in Chicago in the cold to hear the final farewell speech from the out-going United States president Barack Obama which is scheduled to hold on the tenth of January 2017. The white house is making sound preparation for a successful farewell speech especially in security.

Pastor Enoch adeboye steps down

   One of a top Nigerian clergyman pastor Enoch adeboye, the general overseer of the redeem Christian Church of God has announced to its members during their annual Thanksgiving that he is stepping down as the general overseer of the church and pastor Joseph obayemi now his successor.    This decision by pastor adeboye the church members believe is obedience to the law that no general overseer will remain in office for more than 20 years.

Southern Thailand experiences heavy flooding

   Southern Thailand experience it's worst raining season which has led to a deadly flooding leaving at least 12 people dead and thousands of people homeless many buildings has been submerged by the flood, authorities say the rain will continue for the next two to three more days and rescue workers are doing their best to rescue stranded civilians.
