Modified mosquitoes to be released in fighting zika in Brazil and Colombia

   Some scientists have been planning to release millions of modified army mosquitoes in countries like Brazil and Colombia by 2017. This unusual approach is to provide revolutionary protection against mosquito borne diseases such as zika and chikungunya.
   These army mosquitoes are infected with a bug called wolbachia which reduces the spread of viruses to people. The project cost $18 million and was funded by Bill Gates foundations and some international donors.

The German Parliament passed this bill into law but Merkel was against the bill.

Lawmakers of South Korean vote to impeach president Park

   The lawmakers of South Korean Parliament has voted to impeach president Park Geun-hye, the motion passed by 234 votes to 56 in the house . Hwang kyo-ahn the prime minister of South Korean will be the interim president .
