UN and plans to fight rising antibiotic resistance

   Drugmakers from around the globe have declared to clean up factories making antibiotics and ensure that steps to curb overuse to fighting the increase in drug resistance superbugs are taken.
   A declaration seeking to fight antibiotics resistance superbugs is expected to be signed by 193 world leaders at the United nations General Assembly on Wednesday. The draft for the agreement included government committing to bolster controls over the drug market, step up awareness programs and encourage research in alternative treatments.

Apple tops global brands ranking for 2016

   Reports by consultancy interbrand have seen apple on top of the annual global brands ranking for 2016.    The United States tech giant apple was named world most valuable company with a value of over $178 billion. Google is the second runners up with a value of over $133 billion, other companies making the top 10 in the world are Coca-Cola 3rd position, followed by Microsoft, Toyota, IBM, Samsung, Amazon,Mercedes and general electronics.
