Tiangong 2 blasted off in a cloud of smoke into space. This is the second space laboratory into orbit launched by Chinese space scientists. Beijing is working towards setting up its own manned space station and as well as sending a mission to Mars.

There has been lots of celebration in Germany as the country's lawmakers legalized Same-sex marriage. Homosexual and lesbianian couples will now be able to get married legally and therewith adopt children, this act has made Germany to be in line with several European countries that have done same. Terrorist attacks London mosque

In London a 48 years old man has been arrested and kept in custody by the London police as a potential suspect to the attack in mosque that has killed at least one person. The victim of the attack was killed when a vehicle drove cross a pedestrian near a Muslim worship center North London. The London mayor has announced the deployment of more police officers to cotail the situation.
