Coal mine blast has occurred in two separate mining sites in China killing a total of 38 mine workers . The first blast happened in qitaiha city , heilongjiang Provence , killing 21 persons and 22 are still trapped in the mine . Rescue workers were hindered by mining debris . The second blast occurred in inner mongoli killing 17 workers
