President buhari inaugurates new chief justice of Nigeria

  Nigerian president Muhammadu buhari has inaugurated hon. Walter Samuel nkanu onnoghen as the acting chief justice of Nigeria . Walter was sworn in today and was also congratulated by the president colleagues and top government officials who witnessed the ceremony .
