   The United States Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and her campaign team to fully participate in the Wisconsin recount exercise . Marc Elias , Clinton campaign top lawyer said we will fully monitor and participate in recount exercise because we never thought of any way of hacking the electoral system but their chances to believe so and we want the election to run in a manner that is fair .
