Satan came to jesus for two reasons, 1.to know how jesus will operate in performing miracles because he hasn't the ability, 2.to set him into confusion. Notice the words Satan used in tempting jesus, those words were in no way in line with God's Word and ministry.
The Bible says in John 10:10," the thief cometh not but to steal, kill and destroy, but l have come that THEY may have life and have it in abundance. The word "they" represent Christians, those who are born again. So, you see, Satan's purpose and plan is to distract you from the kingdom focus and possibly remove such one from the race of Christianity.
Therefore, any words or sentences that is not Kingdom focused, then such message is not of the Holy Spirit. Refuse to accept words that are not of the Holy Spirit and does not contribute to the building of God's Kingdom.
